Cancellation Policy
For all customers:
Please call, email or put in a ticket to cancel all services.An INDDC technician, when cancelling your service will give you a cancellation number for verification. If you do not recieve a cancellation number, please ask for one.If you have cancelled your service and did not recieve a cancellation number, your service has not been cancelled. Please call 260.407.7474 immediately. Upon requested date of cancellation, INDDC will remove all services from your account as requested. Please keep in mind that most hosting and dial-up plans include email accounts. If you are planning on continuing to use your email accounts with us, you must specify that. This will require us to continue to bill you for your email accounts.
For customers with web hosting:
Please keep in mind that the date you have requested that your hosting be terminated, we will remove your site from our servers. Make sure you have a copy of your site, including your latest changes. Your site will be deleted from our servers.
For customers with month-to-month services:
Month-to-month service charges will not be refunded for the remaining portion of the month. Please call, email or put in a ticket requesting the date you would like to be deactivated - in advance.
